Sufficient Dimension Reduction in JAX

Wearable sensors produce multilevel data — thousands of observations per patient, dozens of patients, structure at every level. This project applies sufficient dimension reduction to wearable data from bone marrow transplant patients, and re-implements the core SDR algorithms in JAX: 7,000× faster than the reference implementation, which turns overnight runs into interactive analysis.
